Bug Description

I have freshly installed ubuntu 18.04.1 in Dell Inspiron 15 along side of the windos 7 (dual boot). The /lib/systemd/systemd-udevd/ is using more than 100 percent of CPU. My laptop is very slow as a result, and heating up. Please tell me how to fix it.

/lib/systemd/systemd-udevd has been running all the time and consume more than 100% of CPU and a lot of memory

This does not seem related to this toolchain. Please report this against the package for systemd-udevd.
