Bug Description

I installed latest release on Windows 8 but it is not working smooth as on windows 7.
Some times I am getting error with arm-none-eabi-ar.exe which I was not facing on windows 7.

\arm-none-eabi-ar.exe: unable to rename 'libizot-stack-cpm4200.a'; reason: File exists

If I compile twice then this error goes disappear.
