Current build reports this
>arm-none-eabi-gdb -tui
arm-none-eabi-gdb: TUI mode is not supported
I believe its a matter of simply building with ncurses included. TUI is a great simple debugging aid when lacking a fullblown IDE

We tried to include ncurses before and later we decided not to include it. So we have to live with gdb without -tui on windows.
