How to reproduce :
1) Open gnome-calculator
2) Type 10000+10000+
Results:
You don't see the result unless you resize the window (make it wider).

I try to reproduce this bug typing 10000+10000+ 10000+10000+ 1000+1000 with result 42000, without trouble.
I'm using gcalctool 5.21.95.
gcalctool can be resized.
