Deactivating services has no effect

When you deactivate them via Dconf-Editor, it has no effect. They are still visible.

Same problem when I deactive them in the System Settings Menu.
I can't install dconf-editor on EOS Luna.

try to install dconf-tools .

Try to log out and back in again to see the changes.

Can you work on User Expirience design?

Gazette needs an end user expierience strategy.

I would like to keep things more general, not so elementary specific, and also think about going more the GNOME way.

What about simple themes? I do understand that gazette does need a general look for all distros, but I like the eOS-like design. So, we could implement a simple theme system, so every distro would be pretty with gazette.
