TOC at bottom of index page looks ugly!

Bug Description
In order to generate automatic links between files in the project, sphinx requires the inclusion of a ..toctree:: directive listing each "sheet" in the course.
But this also generates an undesirable TOC at the bottom of the page. Please make that go away without loosing the links between the other sheets or the links back to the index.html page.
