Bug Description
The unit_id is not handled correct in the USBLink class, leaving it set to None and resulting in an invalid TCX (fails to validate with the UnitId integer element being the invalid integer None). The TCX won't work at motionbased.com, though gpsvisualizer.com allows it.
The attached patch fixes it.
