Hold Shelf Expiration Date on Notices

Wish list to add a new library setting (YAOUS) to store the number of days (business days?) a library keeps holds on their shelves before cancelling the hold and reshelving the items.

If this setting were available, then the hold notifications could include the shelf expiration date in the emails, the "Clear Holds Shelf" functionality could be improved, and the information could also appear in the My Account holds list in the OPAC.
