Bug Description

Amy Cook (<email address hidden>) sent a message using the contact form at http://pines.georgialibraries.org/Contact.

It would be great to have a field in the "Account Information" box of a patron record that shows the method of notification - phone call, text, e-mail. Currently, the only way I am aware of to do this is to "edit" the patron record to see how it is marked.
