Option to remove item from list when placing a hold on it

Bug Description

Add ability for patrons to place a hold directly from a list, and to prompt "Do you want to remove this title from the list?" (or something like that) at the same time.

Add options to: remain on list, remove from list, move to another list after hold is placed within list.

FYI, patrons can already select multiple items on a list and place holds at once for them, but the second part (the prompt asking to remove from list) is still a valid wish list request.
