Bug Description
Libraries have requested the ability to get statistics on the 'most popular' books (most checkouts / most holds).
This report would probably need to be done on the back-end.
Patrons might also be interested in seeing these lists in the OPAC - maybe create a booklist for each month / year and make the lists available to the public?

We did this for Library Journal when in the vendor based system. There was a lot of cleanup around the report that I did each month before sending it out. We had lists for most popular adult, children's, fiction and nonfiction.
