Add new receipt for Claims Returned

It would be helpful if a specific receipt, that we could customize, printed on User Claims Returned. That way we could add language to say.. after 45days if the item has not been found or returned, the price of the book, plus $10.00 processing, blah blah blah.. That we've acknowledged the patrons claims, explained the process of users claims return, and let them know the consequences.

Right now, you can mark the item claims returned and print a receipt from the bottom part of the patron record Items Out, Other/Special Circulation but this receipt just calls on the ITEMS OUT receipt. I can't customize that receipt to say what I need for user claims returned because that wouldn't always be the case for that receipt.
