Bug Description
Currently, you have to know which location the patron selected when self-registering. If the patron chose a different location, they are difficult to find.
It would be nice to be able to display all pending applications for a system, or all pending applications for the consortium.
It would also be nice to be able to search for a pending application.
To aid in searching for duplicates, it would be good to be able to copy patron contact info to clipboard as well (this may be possible in the web client).
