Bug Description
Emerald has done some promising OverDrive integration, but it still requires that bib records be created in the database.
It would be better if the search pulled in OverDrive results somehow without the bib records needing to be added, deleted, or otherwise maintained in the database.
This will need to be context-sensitive so that patrons only see OverDrive results for their home location.
