Inconsistent use of capitals in titles - both words?

Bug Description
In the Gallery App, we have 'Edit Photos' then 'Edit albums' - we need to capitalise the second word too.
Also, in the Clock app, the dialog when the clock is opened for the first time it says 'clock', shouldn't it be capitalised?
