Bug Description
Test case.
- Switch the phone to Spanish.
- Open webbrowser-app
- Go to http://
- Press the "choose file" button
- Select the gallery-app as a provider
Expected result.
- The gallery-app is opened in Spanish.
Actual result.
- The gallery-app is initially opened in Spanish, but shortly after switches to a mode where the interface is in English.
