Editing while zoomed in is broken

If you try to edit a photo while you're zoomed in, the view gets messed up. When you zoom out, you can see that the photo was properly edited, and you can then zoom in again and everything looks fine.

Perhaps this late in the game, we can just disable the edit menu when zoomed in.

I can repro this on the phone if I use a photo with a large aspect ratio (tall or wide), pan to one side or the other, then crop.

It's "only" the operations, that change the image dimensions, that are affected (rotate, crop).
But as well undo, redo and "revert to original" can be affected.
