Bug Description
Reported by Vadim:
Node1 - this is node that handled traffic,
Node2 - just slave
Node3 - another slave which was killed with kill -9 and immediately started.
As a result, nodes stop replicating actions and get stuck in loop trying to form new group.
This is reproducible. Seems that stale reference to old Node3 id remains and prevents forming a new group.
