Yes, rollback should happen in this situation and may take a while. 10x of initial execution time must be a good bet. And it may be expected that you can't kill a thread during rollback. However it may also be a bug in handling wsrep error at this stage. So it would be real great if you could wait a while to see if the thread gets unblocked.
