Bug Description

Recent optimizations in 3.x branch introduced a regression in base filename construction:

131128 14:36:05 [Warning] WSREP: Failed to open file '0x288a560/0000000000000718_data.000000': 2 (No such file or directory)
  at galerautils/src/gu_fdesc.cpp:constructor_common():93: 12 (Cannot allocate memory)
  at galerautils/src/gu_alloc.cpp:my_new_page():79
131128 14:36:05 [Warning] WSREP: append_data() returned 6
131128 14:36:05 [ERROR] WSREP: rbr write fail, data_len: 0, 6

Workaround: set repl.proto_max=4 option
