All media shortcuts disabled?

Bug Description

After a recent update all my Media shortcuts seem to be disabled. When I attempt to update / change one of those shortcuts to my media keys they are set to Disabled (instead of those keys). When I change it to another key combination they are updated to that key combination normally. Other shortcut categories, like Windows or Workspaces seem unchanged.

Keyboard shortcuts like increase/decrease brightness still work fine.
When I change one of the media shortcuts to Windows key + the default matching media key it's detected just fine.

I'm not sure if this is the right project to report this in, please let me know otherwise.

I'm running a fully updated Elementary OS Loki on a Dell XPS 15 (9550).

I just sort of solved it manually.
I set the Media keys to super + the matching key.
I then edited the following setting using dconf-editor.
gsettings get org.gnome.settings-daemon.plugins.media-keys
Where I removed the the <super> leaving just AudioRaiseVolume for example. (So <super>AudioRaiseVolume became AudioRaiseVolume).
