display rotation keeps changing randomly

The orientation keeps changing randomly, rotation goes to clockwise and when i try changing by physically turning the laptop it, rotation goes to flipped(but says anticlockwise).

I'm using a HP Pavilion x360-11.

I have to change it by going to display settings and change to another resolution-> apply -> then change it back.

Also...System kept freezing randomly until i updated kernel to 4.8 . It has only frozen once since(hope that was the fix),thanks for that.
