After running apt-get upgrade the notifications from notify-send don't seem to follow the system's scaling-factor (2 in this case) and appear very small. Previous to upgrade were working as expected. Notifications work correctly for scaling-factor 1 as well.
Additionally, other applications seem to also be affected (namely chromium-browser) in terms of displaying tabs and UI elements to small.
