Bug Description
On applications other than the native ones, where the "small version" of the window's control buttons is used, clicking them has no visual effect. So when they are "active" (being clicked), they show the same aspect as when they are not, creating a bubble of both inconsistency and "counterintuiti
Examples of applications affected by this are Firefox, GIMP, GParted and Telegram.

Can you explain a bit better what the issue is and what the expected behaviour is? I'm not quite getting it.
