Notifications Displays wrong app

In Loki the notifications center works well but sometimes will display that a notification came from the wrong app. This might be more of a problem with the fact that this is happening most often with Skype for Linux Alpha as its in early stages.

I've also had this problem with the Slack desktop client and Rubymine

I have several JetBrains products installed (using Jetbrains Toolbox App), and it is basically always one of the Jetbrains IDE's which which is shown.

Same issue on with my Google Chrome notifications on Loki.

Running into this with Slack and Sqlectron (https://sqlectron.github.io/). The slack notifications pop up just fine, but they use the Sqlectron icon when they appear. Prior to installation of Sqlectron, the Slack notifications appeared with the proper icon. This issue persists through reboot.
