Bug Description
Add spotlight search feature like the one in the MacOS; enabling search in apps, files, emails, photos, maps, etc. In addition, add a "search in the web" suggestion at the end.

Marking as invalid for Gala. Slingshot (the applications menu) contains many search options. However, file search is handled by the Files app
