Impossible to interact with area of inactive hotcorners

Hotcorners make it impossible to click on their area, after clicking on the small 1x1 area button events will be freezed and the only way of getting the control over this would be to alt-tab between current windows. Of course, this happens when there is no action binded to a specific hotcorner.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Unset action for e.g: top left hotcorner.
2. Make sure to have at least 2 windows open.
3. Switch to a different window.
4. Press the top left corner of the screen.
5. Mouse button presses freeze.
6. Alt-Tab to dirrent window to get back mouse events.
