No animation for Always-on-Visible-Workspace window

Bug Description
Windows that have the latter option on in the right click menu suddenly appear out of nothing alike when switching workspaces. This flashing makes me nervous. I think they should have the same animation as is when a new window is opened, or something like that.

In my opinion they should actually stay where they are and "float on top of the animation".
Otherwise Gala can essentially not be used with "desktop widgets" like conky or LiveWallpaper.
