Bug Description
Few problems with zoom shortcuts:
1) Zoom-in shortcut (Super +) works on numeric keyboard, but zoom-out (Super -) doesn't.
2) I have disabled zoom shortcuts (Super +, and Super -), but all still works.
3) On the czech keyboard layout is "+" sign set to the key "1" (number 1 above Q key). Shortcut for switching to the first workspace is in default "Super+1". So, when I have czech layout active, pressing Super+1 causes zoom in, instead of workspace switch. Gala should ignore keyboard layouts for environment controlling.
I think all these problems are related, so I reported it as one.
