Bug Description
I'm trying to configure Compose key position to Ctrl-right in order to enter characters like opening question mark in an us keyboard.
I opened keyboard settings, options, Compose key position, select Right Ctrl, but after closing it, it seems like this setting is not being saved. I also tried setting ctrl-alt-bs to kill xserver but it didn't work either.
