Bug Description

I installed pantheon session in arch / Manjaro : https://forum.manjaro.org/index.php?topic=22760.0 with
mutter 3.16 but the controls windows do not always work ( example midori and libreoffice ) to work well I reinstalled mutter 3.14 and recompiled gala from bzr

In mutter 3.15.4+, metacity support have be dropped

Going to mark this as "invalid" since Gala should now support up to Mutter 3.20
