Move Icons app from workspace view (as in luna)

Bug Description
In luna we could move the apps to other workspaces, dragging their small icon at the bottom (see the picture), between the workspace, I used it a lot and I found it very useful.
Let's say you are using 3 or more workspaces, moving the small icons at the bottom is much more confortable, fast and easy than dragging the windows in the workspaces that you want.
