Bug Description
After pushing a window to the top of the screen to maximize, then un-maximizing it in anyway, when you attempt to maximize it again using double-click on the header bar, it maximizes on a single click instead.
Other notes:
- Double click to maximize still works.
- Only occurs on apps not using gtk 3.14, eg. Libreoffice, Google Chrome, Skype.

Works normally for me, I used agave which is still using gtk2 I believe, pushed to top, unmaximized (by draggin, clicking header bar and using the button) then clicked on headerbar and it still took a double click to maximize.
