Bug Description
when i have a dual monitor set up. and i drag a windows of any app. to the top to maximize.
on my laptop screen it does it correct.
but when i maximize on my extra screen(monitor) the windows goes to the laptop screen.

Sorry can't reproduce this with the latest gala on one of our staging ISOs (15.10 base). Could you please retest this to see if the issue still exists?
