icon over notification bubbles hides notification text

The beautiful pop-up bubbles on the right corner of the screen which appear when an application notifies a user of something also show the application's icon, which is nice but, the icon hides the text at the beginning.

Hm some kind of weird issue with the app icon I'm guessing. OP, can you let us know which app produced this notification so we can verify that we've fixed the issue?

It happens on all apps that have system pop-ups enabled, DropBox, Skype and Hipchat are the ones I currently have installed.

Okay so it sounds like this occurs when an app provides an icon that is >48px, but doesn't provide any that are <=48px.

We need to make sure to scale down icons if this is the case
