Bug Description
The issue is when I have a terminal on "always on top" on luna or when I'm using the new terminal on freya in my other window.
When I alt tab it doesn't simply change focus but it also pretends like it's minimizing and maximizing the newly focused window which is VERY annoying when switching between my editor and my terminal very often.
For instance when I'm switching from terminal to chrome the whole window with the chrome flashes for a 100ms because it pretends like it's minimizing and then maximizing the chrome window and it hurts my eyes.
