Bug Description
I tried this wallpaper out and Gala didn't make WingPanel go dark like it should have; it's obviously too bright/busy.

We will need to reconsider the algorithm then. Currently, we're averaging the values. Do you think we should only consider the highest values and if those exceed a threshold turn up the opacity?
