Bug Description

I am unable to click anything in the upper right corner, where notification popups are displayed.

Even when no notification is present, anything under the rectangular area where they are shown does not respond to mouse clicks.

This is a very annoying bug. After I while, working on elementary os (Freya) (Gala) the area under the notification icons (upper right corner of the screen) is unclickable. This is a problem when trying to change the window size or open an new tab in (for example) firefox.
