Bug Description
Roughly what it says in the title.
For example, select Scratch when it is already opened. Scratch's taskbar entry (or rather, dock entry) will be highlighted but the app won't gain focus, even though the app is programmed to present the window (http://
This also happens with Geary, Photos, and I guess every app that has a single-window mode.
