Tiled windows cannot be re-sized

When windows are tiles with the drag to edge of screen or Ctrl + Super + left/right arrow keys, they can not be resized once tiled. you have to drag them out of the tiled place to before you can resize them.

Windows 7+ and MacOSX (with plugins) do not work this way, tiled windows can be rezied after they have been tiled, simply by mousing over the edge and dragging. The mouse-over cursors dont even show up in eOS.
