Bug Description
I saw a video of a person using the new ability to drag windows across workspaces in the multitasking view.
However, instead of holding his mouse agains the edge waiting for a timeout, he expected a higher mouse velocity to activate the switch.
In addition to the current method we're employing, we should add this velocity detection method.

It should be either velocity or "pressure". By pressure, I mean additional movement of the mouse after it has already reached the screen boundaries. I think "pressure' could be really useful system wide (think of Plank's auto-hide) since it'll be intuitive for users and it'll deal with the annoying accidental triggering of hot corners/sides/etc.
