Bug Description

This is my first feedback/bug submission on Launchpad, so apologies if I get this wrong.

This is a feature request.

I've noticed that Gala lacks a "Move Window Between Monitor" feature. I have discovered that there is a way to turn this behaviour on, but you have to delve deep into the dconf editor, and it's quite primitive - doesn't fit the Elementary animations.

I think this would be a great addition to add for the upcoming ISIS release. Very few desktops have this feature for their window manager, and I would love to see this added for Gala.

Looks like mutter3.12 will ship with default keybindings for it. However it also appears to be a bit broken currently, they assign <Super><Shift>Arrows to both move between monitors and workspaces.

So the question is, do we want to change the default shortcuts and would it make sense to expose this option in the ui, designers?

Having the keybinds to move a window between monitors would only be used by a select number of people (myself included). I don't think that the keybindings themselves are important, rather having the feature available is.

I believe that the best way to implement this is to have the keybinds for it blank by default. So if a user needs that function they can set it up however they like. A majority of users will change a few of the default keybinds on a fresh install, and would just set it up however they like anyway.
