WingPanel items aren't clickable in Window Overview

Bug Description

When you are in the Window Overview looking at all your open windows and you suddenly decide it's time to shut down you cannot click on the WingPanel item to bring up the shutdown command without first exiting Window Overview.

Also it doesn't allow you to exit this mode by clicking into the empty background.

- Clicking into the background should exit Window Overview and cancel it (bring you back to how it was before)
- Clicking a WingPanel item should keep Window Overview running but open the clicked item

Edited to keep terminology consistent. :)

I agree that it might be handy to use panel items in the Window Overview, but I don't see a use case where it's critical. I'll go ahead and mark it as wishlist item.

Thanks for the bug report!

The use case that made me open this bug is this:

- I put Window Overview (thanks! ;)) onto the hot corner in the upper right.
- I liked it there a lot and it worked well.
- after a while I wanted to reboot and went into the upper right corner for that Power menu
- I accidentially triggered Window Overview, but ignored that and clicked the Power menu
-> nothing happened
- then I clicked the background to get out of it
-> nothing happened

It's a minor thing, I agree :) But it will be something people might run into...

Going to mark as Invalid since we hide panels and docks in multitasking view
