Support for static workspace groups that contains dynamic workspaces

Bug Description

For example if i create workspace groups named development, music video, internet... I should be able to switch between those workspace groups and create as much as workspace inside of those.

or just the abbility to save my session as it is and when i relog it opens all the apps on the same workspaces as befor?

I think this a big enough feature request to be described in a blueprint, this is not something that is simply implemented at all.

When I understand correctly this is something like kwins activitys.
