Bug Description

Enter feels very natural, because it's like you choose which workspace you wanna view.

As an argument for why this should be implemented: because it copies Gnome Shell, and Gnome Shell's keyboard navigation is the digital embodiment of everything that's wrong with user interface design in the broadest conceivable sense.
