Bug Description

Following the idea of minimized apps not belonging to any specific workspace, as per bug 1007997 and bug 1008164, having a minimized window on a workspace should not hold back its deletion.

This will be fixed by https://code.launchpad.net/~ricotz/gala/fix1079396/+merge/137398 if we choose to automatically make minimized windows sticky, as suggested in bug 1008164
