Bug Description

Maximize a window -> focus/launch another window using Plank -> switch back to the previous (maximized) window and observe that the top of the window briefly spawns under wingpanel, then abruptly corrects itself.

Observe that the X to close the window I am focusing keeps trying to spawn under the A in the Applications on wingpanel.

This does not happen when animations are turned off.

This still occurs for windows that are close to Wingpanel.
