Bug Description
1. Attached modal dialogs
- Focused: Modal dialog stays on top throughout whole alt-tab cycle, blocks all windows and is not animated with its parent.
- Unfocused: Modal dialog blocks unfocused windows that come after it and is not animated with its parent.
2. "About" modal dialogs in elementary apps
Ditto.
3. Other modal dialogs (e.g. the preferences in Files, more like a child window)
Deemed as separate window and of course then isn't animated with its parent.
