Focus windows when showing in window switcher

Bug Description
When alt+tabbing to a window, it currently shows as unfocused (meaning it dawns the very flat :backdrop style) unless it was the app you previously had focused. Instead, it should focus as soon as it shows up in the switcher; this is how we do it in our Compiz profile.
