top line in workspace manager should be semi-transparent

Bug Description

It looks like the top line in the workspace manager is a solid grey line. It should instead be a semi-transparent white line. 10-15% is probably good.

You have one pixel playground now. By setting the background to a gradient starting with a 1px transparent area, it will work. Otherwise Gtk drawing will just put the border on your background.
